Hi. Sorry I'm not sure if this is the right category but really need help from a senior. So I've absconded from a bpo almost a year ago. They sent me termination letter asking to pay rupees 12000 i couldn't pay it coz I didn't have money. Now after a year they've sent me another letter which says re calculating fnf and bonus payable rupees rs11708. I got very happy as I m unemployed at the moment and this is a ray of hope for me. Can you please tell me should I provide all the details like bank account number Emp code and cancelled cheque as they asked or is it a trap to recover dues But letter clearly states BONUS PAYABLE TO YOU. Thanks

Please Provide the details for credit of Bonus Amount due to you. You have already been Terminated from Service consequent to your absconding which is admitted by you. I think Your Ex Employer has better job on hand than trapping a person like you.You have to appreciate your Employer who has come forward to pay Bonus amount due to you. At least from now on change your attitude.Nothing prevented you to quit your job as per the Terms of Appointment.
