I was working in an MNC which included an employment bond for 2yrs upon breakage of which the bond amount of Rs 1,00,000/- is to be paid by me. I left the company few months back after serving it for a period of 4 months. Now the company is asking me for the bond amount , upon failure to pay it the company is threatening to take legal actions against me. Coming to the training part, we were told to have few months of training but me along with few others were directly allocated to project within 20 days of joining and hence I was working for a project. Whereas the others who joined the company along with us received rigorous training for 3-4 months. So practically speaking the company has not invested any of its resources for training me. So considering the above situation is it possible to take legal action against me. Pls let me know the best solution to avoid further complications.
