I am working in a hospital which started 30 years before.It works in the old fashioned way, it does not have any qualified nursing staff,houseing keeping staff,even the person who was managing it so far since more than 20 years failed 10th standard 10 times and then some how managed pass with others help.Every one has their own timing no charge handover takes place.When something wrong is found out and asked who has done this either the staff is not ready to speak or even speak they put on others.I was hired as administrator . I am working since 20 years, graduate has experience of BPO industry, production,insurance and Hospital.Also succesfuly completed NABH entry level acredition of one of the hosptal.Now my question is I need a appointment letter as I find difficult to work.I canot say anything to the older staff as their weightage is more.I have been hired to bring descipline, new insurance schemes and tie ups, which I am doing.I installed Biometric attendance and received lot of resistance. Installed cctv cameras now everything is monitored the old gay fought with me on silly matters but nothing was told to him infront of me, may be behind it wastold.I remained absent for one month but the owner called and said that person is not of your calibre so just look at me and keep working if anything you require ask me. so I started to work and my work is appreciated.But I fear that I may loose job if I try to bring improvements by putting kpi, or strengthening the work force.There are many lapses in the work.Sir asked me to give in writing and he will speak with them and me also as he is busy most of the time.In my earlier job I did work good but the owner only favoured females and one person fought with me instead of looking who is at fault he removed me from the job.My wife died because of a dr negligence , case was filed on her and she happens to be his sisters class mate, so he wanted me to suffer some say because of this he overlooked and removed me from my job but the same person is asking me to rejoin again.So I need a suggestion from all HR specialists in designing my appointment letter as I have to prepare and take sign from my present boss. Please help and support me.
