I am a B.E. graduate worked in IT industry for 2+ years. Now on a career break for 4 years after marriage n kid. I like to pursue MBA in HR and start my career in it. As of now I can do only correspondence MBA . Will it be valued in corporate world ? I am no more interested in working in IT and I am looking for a career change. Please help me with this.
