I'm a first year MBA student currently interning at a startup.
They've asked me to prepare the Standard operating procedure, employee handbook, determining salary structure for various designations, employment laws etc.
The startup is gonna expand to 60 employees in the next months and my internship here is for 2 months.
I've been getting all the theoretical answers from the internet but nothing solid practical solutions. Any leads on how and where to start and is there any credible source to compare my work to the actual HR practices?
