Can I show Indian offer letter to get a job in an overseas company?

I am a software engineer. I gave some interviews in different IT companies and I have two job offers.Also, I am getting calls from European companies. Can I show Indian offer letter to get a job in an overseas company? Is it advisable?

No, its not Advisable. if you working in Indian company and you have the offer letter. then i am not think that ,that company give you chance to work. First you resign , get the reveling letter and then go. without any type of problem and its right also.
