I have just joined a startup company in Delhi as HR Executive and in the process of formulating Leave Policy for my company. Can anyone please tell me how many PL/ EL are mandatory as per Delhi Shops & Commercial Establishment Act ??
Secondly, For Example -If 1 Employee is working from 2013, then what is the maximum number of EL/ PL that can be accumulated in his account till his entire service with the company ??
I am very confused regarding this.. Please guide me.
