Dear Seniors,

In our organization ,HR is suppose to regularize the daily work report of all employees (more than 450 employees) & Monthly work report from each dept.(almost 30 sections).We are expected to check how much a person is occupied by going through their monthly MIS. Purpose of management is to identify the not so productive or partially occupied manpower of company, for that they want HR to first regularize the Daily work report & monthly MIS from all sections /employees & then review all reports & report the conclusion to Mgt..The report should containt the occupancy level of all dept.heads ,whether that much person is needed to do that task or not.

.Mgt.don't want to rely on the comments of Managers & HR being a neutral function is expected to do a Qualitative & Quantitative work analysis of our workforce.

Is it practical to do ,while maintaining all others functions of HR on line. Pls suggest what I can do to check manpower productivity in Pharma company where the output of every person is not measurable in units.I will be very thankful for your responses.
