Dear All,
At the time of appointment order it stated that i have to serve 60 days notice period from the date of resignation, recently i have given my resignation and the HR team states the policy has been revised and available in HR portal and i have to serve for 90 days, if not pay my basic salary - Pls advice the way forward

Do you have the copy of that new format or you have email message which is forward by HR person at the time of making new policy. so that all the staff employee should know the new policy of the company. If you have the copy or mail message then you go according to that or if not, then you pay your notice period which is written in your appointment letter.
