Survey says, “Women Workforces are hired not because they are intelligent but because Enterprise can not afford Man Workforces; moreover there will be less Industrial Relations issues with Women Workforces”. Is this true?

We cannot come to a 2 point conclusion for hiring women employees. There are more talented women employees than Men, inspite of less women workforce in establishments, some of the Top Management positions were occupied by women. For eg: India's Largest public and private bank's chairpersons were Women. So we cannot come to such conclusion.
There were industrial unrest in Karnataka last year by women employees for lowering the EPF interest rate. So we cannot say that there wont be IR issues if we have more women employees.
Every issue and perception has to be scrutinized based on the total number of workforce in gender wise and industry wise, wages, etc. We cannot come to a conclusion with just an one side view.

Apart from what Mr. Stephen has mentioned, for survey few people are handpicked and questionnaire are given or asked wherein they give their opinions/answers as per their conceptions. Hence it is not necessary to assume that all survey conducted are always correct.

Whenever Critical and Sensitive Decisions are to be taken in Enterprise, Womens are kept forward; Man hides behind Womens, why?

There was a Trend that if Women is educated in Family than Family will be educated now Trend is that if Women is convinced in Family than Family will be convinced; e.g. Salesmen: “Madam, this car fits your Personality”; Husband: “Gentlemen, but it does not fit my pocket”. Empowerment of Womens is planned Strategy that will increase voltage and volume of Womens and will distort, disrupt and disturb Social and Family Cultures and Structures in Future.

Please check the % of women working over Man in all the enterprise and in any field you will come to conclusion. I dont want to comment further which may lead to gender bias.

2. Skills matching
3. Availability of man power
4. Women employment policy
5. Avoiding gender discrimination.
At work place innumerable women problem will also arise which to be managed like
1. General harassment
2. Sexual harassment
3. Benefit policy
4. Liberal leave and working policy
5. Maternity issues- provisions, cost and management
6. Safety and other social issues
Above all are part of process life and management.

Kindly share the Survey, based on which the question is being asked.
As why women are recruited and Women Empowerment are 2 different topics. There are Women who are better than Men for the positions, which till date are being considered to be only for Men and also, No one has a data, which says industrial problems will not occur if Women are employed.
So, request you to please share the survey, so that all can be on the same page, when they are speaking.
