Guys please any one help me to get salary slip for 2.8 CTC,,in 2.8 ctc i have to mention 60 k variable pay (business performance linked)..remaining 2.2 fixed salary that to without PF and ESI,, please help me on this

Pf enforcement officer takes 50% of fixed salary as Basic + DA. So Basic + DA = 1,10,000
HRA is 50% of Basic + DA (Income Tax Rules) = 55,000
Transportation Allowance is 1600*12= 19,200
Children Education Allowance = 1200 Rs / Child (Max 2 Child Allowed)
Other Income 34,600
Sales Incentive = 60000
Just a small changes in this p.a
Basic 1,10000 Income tax
HRA 55000 Income tax
Conveyence allwn 19200 Income tax exempted
Children Edu allwn 1200 Income tax exempted
News paper allwn 6000 Income tax exempted
Other allwn 28600 Income tax
Sales incentive 60000 Income tax
Total CTC 2,80,000
With too many judgments coming on allowances, I have started recommending just Basic and HRA for CTCs upto 4 lakhs
I laready uploaded one xl sheet on this subject. To your requirement of Variable Pay, I am enclosing another xl sheet. I still hold Basic at 60% at lower levels. Instaed of HRA, I have assigned the percentage to Variable and the balance in HRA
Avoid other income, other allowances etc
