I have a query-: An employee joined in an organisation.After one day of his joining he had died due to health issue.The organisation registered him under Esic and Epf. The employee also got his TIC.
My Query is-:
What type of benefits he is eligible under Esic & Epf ?
What are the statutory requirements to be fulfilled ?
Please yours views as per labour laws for which i shall be grateful to ypu
