am working in multinational company for 1984
27 years am working in union category and after management promoted as associate/officer
in 2011 our union has raised for retirement age for 60 years and it was decided for 60.in 2013 management promoted me
now management says retirement age is only for workman/employee not for officer
before that from 2011 to 2015 all officer get this benefited and 2015 they are decided for 58 years
now again Karnataka government has passed 60 years for retirement age in budget
but our management says it is only for model standing order please tell me is it two years benefited for me am retiring in this month . what is model standing order? is it not covered to promoted officer ? what can I do?
please help me

am promoted from workman/employee because of my performance going two years early is it not a punishment?
