When i go for an interview i normally don't feel that the HR recruiters take any effort in comforting the candidates. I feel an HR is the face of the company, as the candidates will have an opinion based on the experience . I feel that the company should make sure that any candidate that walk's in to your building should leave with a positive experience on the ambiance. I find candidates confused and have no idea whats going on. No one acknowledge's them. Every candidate whether fresher or experienced will be nervous for the interview and that is the time Hr steps in to comfort, motivate and guide them about the process.
If the candidate is not selected, still he will remember the positive experience he had and will surely work hard to get into the company and will refer his friends.

That's true in some cases but it depends on the HR. All HR persons not same. Believe in your self and learn everyday. You will get both the experiences. Think positively and go ahead.
