Good morning seniors
I am HR working for NGO - Non profit organisation in which all the employees will be working under retainer-ship whose salary will paid as consultancy fee only 10% TDS Deduction takes place. Here am requesting to know whether our organisation need to follow labor laws or not.
Some acts like minimum wages act and payment of wages act which are required follow as per our organisation please suggest and help me out
pl advise regarding acts which are related to our organisation
