Career advice - need a travelling based hr job
Dear respected seniors i always appreciate citehr for the invaluable support and guiadnce during my career life. this time too i want some suggestions for my work life... i wanted some advice as to if any job in hr requires travelling...i am desperately looking for some change in my current profile. i am seeking something in hr where there is travelling involved 3040.. is there something like this ..if yes then in which area of hr and after what years of experience..can a fresher too get such profile.. and one more thing if i join as bde business development executive will it be into sales only..can i have bde in hr with some travelling involved.?? please guide me.. your suggestions and advice would be highly appreciated.. thanksss

Value add in recruitment process
Dear friends i own a recruitment firm. i want to understand from all the recruitment people in the corporates who have been interacting with recruitment agencies to answer this question: how can a recruitment agency/consultant add value to the process of recruitment? i want to do more than just screening a cv as per specs and helping in scheduling. are there any other things which the recruitment agency can do and which would actually ease the process of recruitment? awaiting your feedbacks to improve my services. regards sudipta

Hi to all my colleagues and seniors i have 1.5 years of experience in hr generalist profile but after 1 year gap from job i m getting job offer only in recruitment..because the area where i am looking job there is mainly jobs in recruitment only. so please suggest me is it good for me to move into recruitment and which one is better bpo recruitment or it recruitment. thanks.
