Dear seniors, Please help me to calculate CTC for annual pay of Rs.190000.00 for my company. I want to deduct bonus, leave, provident fund and gratuity from the total monthly payment with bonus and leave to be en-cashed annually and provident fund and gratuity to be payable on leaving the job.

I am attaching an xl sheet for the CTC level you have indicated. for such levels of CTC I do not recommend too many allowances. I just recommend Basic and HRA. Please avoid giving allowances like Conveyance, Spl allowances and other allowances. These names have no relevance and will only invite issues from PF and other authorities
I also do not recommend to treat Lave and Gratuity as CTC components. However in the same sheet I have given two options one treating these components as Par of CTC and another option without incl;using these two components as part of CTC
I recommend this formula upto 4 lakhs CTC

Hello TSIVASANKARAN,
you calculated the CTC 190000 , with the % of 60. the basic (114000) you calculated on this i understand but you calculated (9500) this amount. can you plz tell how this one you calculated.

Rs 114000 is annual Basic Divide this by 12 and you get monthly Basic That is 9500/ you can see the formula in the xl sheet thanks Sivasankaran
