Dear all, Harsha here.... Recently I have joined a rubber part manufacturing industry and I want to plan a training plan/schedule for machine operators(blue collar employees) ... So plz anyone can tell me d procedure from basic to end...

Dear Harsha,
You need to assess the current skill levels of your employees
Map it with the required skill set and identify the gaps
Lay down the objectives that need to be attained
Plan and allocate a budget to meet your objectives
Create SOP/ Training Manual
Measure the training effectiveness or the ROI
The above are broad guidelines and each of these need an in depth deliberation. Hope it helps. You can ask for further clarification and I am sure a lot of people form this wonderful community would come forward with help.
