I recently joined an IT MNC(A) and it's been a week. I also just received an offer from another product based company(B) which is what I want to work for.
In joined the MNC because the offer process from Below took long time and I thought I didn't get the offer.
Now the notice period with company A is 15 days since I am on probation and I am willing to serve the notice period in full.
My question here is, if I resign and serve full notice period (mostly they will let me go within a week since no real work or even project is started and I have been sitting all day), will or should they pay me for those 10 days that I have worked there?
