Dear All,
I have a query related to my retention bonus. My appointment letter had a clause stating that I am eligible for a retention bonus (included as a part of CTC) which I will be getting after completion of one year of my service & incase I leave the organization within a year I won't be eligible for the same. I left that organization after 13 months of my service but they refuse to pay my retention without any reason. Kindly advise what should I do.

as per labour law all the agreement sign.the employer is abide to provide you.dont be panic talk to your hr and threat him that if he not pay according to appointment letter you shall seek the help of labour court.I think only this world is enough for him they must make your retention bonus.
further I suggest you all employee must read the labour law befit news which is frequently laying on internet.if you aware about your right no one treat you misapproprietly

Dear Friend,
To give appropriate advice it is necessary that the document concerned be shared. If your company had any process with regard to Retention Bonus, that should also be shared. Normally person eligible for Retention Bonus has to be on roll at the time of disbursement.
