Dear All,
I am working 6 years in this concern as a HR/ADMIN.This is a pvt ltd concern.Actually we have to allowed leave for 1 day in a month.
Extra leave taken , it will be deducted to a salary.This is normal thing. My question is
1.Actually I had took leave for 11 days due to my Father expired last Month.They will be deducted for 8 days salary.Only 3 days allowed.Is it correct?
2.What is meant by joint leave?
My company Rule is either taken sat & sun, sun & Monday it will be Joint leave is it correct?
