AnonymousI have made an handover email for our employees, as per our management the English used is not correct, can anyone rephrase this email for me..
It is mandatory for every employee to handover their duties and responsibilities well in advance.
Kindly follow the new procedures for handover of the duties and responsibilities:
1. While filling out the “Leave Form”, mention name/names of the individual/individuals who are going to take up your duties and responsibilities.
2. Once the leave is approved, a week prior to the scheduled leave, send an email to the concern individual/individuals keeping your line managers and Sr. Managers on copy that you will be handing over your responsibilities to him/them.
3. The concern individual/individuals taking the responsibility of the handover has to acknowledge the email along with acceptance of taking up the responsibilities during your absence.
4. After receipt of all of the above, the respective line managers will email the HR Department for further procedures to enable a smooth and pleasant vacation.
