Helllooo seniors, If employee mention his father And mother in nomination of PF and after two years he is getting married, he is not update his nomination in pf his wife's name And after 2 months he died. Then PF is going to be paid to whom ??
Sincerely
Mahesh Purohit

By default wife will get the PF irrespective of the fact that the nomination has not been changed.
Dear All,
Wife will get Pension as he is married even if he has not change the nominee in the nomination form but his service record with employer will be a proof that he is married and his wife is the beneficiary of the pension scheme

Wife can claim the PF benefits as a legal heir, provided it is proved
