Either balance core cards system or Bell curve system is effective in Indian organizations for Performance Management. Pl help to understand these systems to any new entrants in HRM as an effective Professional. Thanks to all seniors of HR fraternity in advance.

Dear Sir ,
Its my personal thoughts that In the Indian context, the bell curve creates too much emotional stress, and most importantly, it destroys the loyalty factor and leads to high levels of attrition. So it should replace by some other friendly performance management system as some big indian organization have done that in recent past .
