Greetings of the day everyone. this is increment period in my company. and we have very good resource we don't want them to leave company for next 1-2 years. we are providing them increment as per their expectations. from some source we got to know few of them are looking for job change. Now please help me with solution of this situation. can i can add few other lines in their increment letter for their long employment. or is there any other solution form this.

You can add some of the portion of increment with a clause the amount will be paid only after completion of this 3/6/9/12 month of service as per your requirement.
