1.) I want to know the latest Professional Tax slab for Gujarat .
2.) my company is new private ltd co. and want to make the leave policy for the company and i also newly joined the organisation.
so having many problems to setup the things. kindly seniors guide me to set up some hr policies like leave policy. travel policy, salary structure /
rule for pf / esic/ and other important as per your view which are to be necessary to set for new policies.
our is pvt ltd company. the recruitment is in process. so the strength of the employee will be 20 at the beginning.
please please help me out.
