I am working in a 3 star hotel. I have completed 2 years and 9 months of tenure in this company. I would like to know what are my leave eligibility. Am i eligible for CASUAL LEAVE, EARN LEAVE (OR) PRIVILEGE LEAVE, SICK LEAVE etc. Kindly note that I am not covered under the employee provident fund scheme. They did not deduct any PF contributions fom my salary. In this scenario am i still eligible to avail EARN LEAVE or PRIVILEGE LEAVE. Dear Friends... Kindly help me in understanding the subject. My management has terminated my services and now they are refusing to give me the LEAVE ENCASHMENT BENEFITS.
