I am working as Senior Manager HR in a PSB. We would like to outsource some non-core work for a period of six months. I repeat the work that we would like to outsource is not perennial and will last for only six months. We need around six people with knowledge on how to operate computers / scan documents.
What precautions should we take in outsourcing the people to complete the task in a hassle free manner?
The people we are looking for are to be educated with MS Office knowledge. Are there any minimum amount prescribed towards payment?
