One of my friend worked in a Engineering college in Chennai as a HR, He got terminated due to he has given the original educational certificate of one of the employee which is holed by the college as security purpose( as per norms the original certificate should not hold by the employer right) that employee got abscond.
Anyway as he got terminated due to above reason as per his agreement is he is terminated one month salary need to be paid by the employer. but they have not paid that one month salary and worked salary not paid and they are holding his original certificate also.
what action can be taken to collect all of this
