How to get relieved from the company when it is not providing documents and salary
I am working in a startup company from past one year and i have submitted my resignation and they have accepted it and even completed my notice period.but now the management is not providing the salary and the necessary documents. how can i join other company without the documents? i need some help from the seniors. thank you mr.nankirao
Security guards - esi liability on principal employer?
Dear seniors we have hired security guards for our organization. but the agency we have hired security from is not providing us salary breakup for security. i wanted salary breakup to check if agency is providing pf or esi to security because i believe if they are not providing being principle employer we may come in trouble. we are paying rs.13000/ for each guard. please guide me & suggest further. also please let me know which documents should i importantly collect from housekeeping & security guard provider agencies as a principal employer. thanks...
Epf claim with out employer attestation
Dear experts i didn t claim my epf from my first employer. i was left the company by 2004. and i didn t make any attempt to claim or transfer my epf account. when i dig some old documents i remembered that that epf account nor transferred or withdrawned. my tenure in that company was about 4 years. now i heard that the company coportate office been shifted to somewhere else. even though i can found that company address my question is with out employer intervention a beneficiary can claim his epf directly by providing necessary documents? kindly clarify thanks in advance saravanan.t

Company not providing relieving letter
Hi everyone i worked with an employer for 2.4 years. unfortunately due to my health problems i had to admit in the hospital for 1 months time and after that i submitted my medical certificates and also doctors prescripttion everything to my tl and i asked him for one more week leave as i had to take bed rest. they said its ok and told me to report to work after 1 week. i did go to office after 1 week and now they say that they have referred me back to hr. in this period my tl left the company and also my manager left the company as the process which i was working was about to shut down. i went to hr and they said that they have marked me absconding. i told them that i have already submitted the medical documents to my tl they told me to get it. i spoke to my tl and he said that he has kept my medical documents in cupboard. another tl of my process searched for it but he said he didn\'t get it. i told the same thing to my hr but they are not believing me and also i told them that i can make my tl to speak to them they say that my tl has already left the organization and there is no point tl speaking to them they need the documents. unfortunately the documents provided to my tl were original. i spoke to my hr process manager and also hr manager. in this regards but they are of no help. i also told them i am ready to pay my notice period amount they say that they have already sent the termination letter and they cannot give me relieving. i need my relieving letter somehow. i have requested them a lot. but this is going no where.. anyone from this forum please suggest me as to what to do to get my relieving letter? thanks and waiting... shashi
How to get relieving letter from employer after successful relieving process?
I resigned/relieved/laidoff. i have handed over all assets and documents on the same day. my full and final amount transferred the next day to my account but hr promised to send my relieving documents also to my home the next day. but unfortunately i have not received the documents and after two weeks hr saying that some assets are missing under my responsibility. my reporter was looking at all the assets from the last several months. even i don t have any idea and asked him when required and he accepted in handed over process nothing is pending. the employer sends this information to the local police also where i had a meeting and given the same explanation to them that anything missing from my relieving and processed the hr formalities i can t provide any justification that happened in my absence. what is the option now done many email communication to them? new employer where i selected looking for a relieving letter?
