Can employee waiver the notice period
Hi i am raghavendra babu .i have a problem in serving the notice period.according to company policy the notice period is 2 months and i am planning to relieve with in 1 month due to family problems but when i contacted hr he is telling its compulsory to serve the notice period.i hope in every company there is an exception for waiving the notice period like buy out option .i am ready to pay the notice period amount but they are telling u cant. only 1 reason they are giving me is that it is company policy u have to serve 2 months. even i dont have any work in office and there is no need to create backup. so anyone 1 can suggest me how to move forward and get releived soon.
Leave during notice period.
Hi all hope everyone is doing good. i have a query how to treat leave during notice period of an employee. generally our organization do not give leave during the one month notice period. but what if an employee genuinely falls sick? sick leave cant be planned isn t it? so should an employee be relieved on the same date as promised at the time of resignation or the number of days have to added to the notice period? pls help as we might have to change the existing policy. pls give ur comments and suggestions. regards vasudha.
Can an employer relieve an employee who is on notice period without pay?
Hi i resigned from my services with my existing company and have given 3 months notice. my contract says either party should give 3 months notice. but mentioned that employer company resrves the right to payment of salary in lieu of notice period. will i get compensation if employer waive my notice period and send me immediately since i am ready to serve 3 months notice.
To serve notice period or recovery will be done - no documentation or any policy shared with me during my tenure
Hi i have joined a private company based in gurgaon in the month of feb 2020 i have been informed 30 day notice period during the training period for confirmed employee and 15 days for the unconfirmed employee however no documentation or any policy shared with me during my tenure. later i have decided to move forward and put down my papers with a notice period of 17 days thinking in mind for 30 day notice period now company asking to serve a notice period of 60 days as per company policy which was never communicated to me or recovery letter will be issued accordingly. need your help how to handle this situation if any legal letter issued to me.
Relieving issue from my current company
Hi i\'m working in mnc where notice period is 3 months but i\'ve got one document from the company in the form of \"employee agreement\" where it\'s clearly written that i can buyout my notice period but somehow informally management made it mandatory to serve 3 months notice period & they are accepting salary in lieu of notice period & due to this some good opportunities missing from my hand as no company is ready to hire with 3 months notice period actually i want to know is there any hidden policy can be there which can force me to serve mandatory notice period as company is in recent past has merged one from another kindly help me out with your valuable information on that
Will they deduct my notice period recovery in fnf?
Hi one employee has used bad words to a other sr.employee not face to face it is sharing his feelings with his one of colleague in a company communicator and the same manager came to know about it and taken discussion and employee had accepted that am not suppos to but i have been mentally tortured so that leads to use those words. but company said u have miss used the company it so u have to give resignation and employee agreed to resing and serve notice period but hr said u can not serve notice period as per the company policy and said i will settle all the fnf till date and employee asked will my paid leave pay also given in fnf yes they said wil give pay for that and they did not mention ur notice period recovery will deduct but they asked me to mention for personal reason u are resigning job and could not serve notice period employye agreed and given resignation as per their guidence. so my query is will they deduct my notice period recovery in fnf because they did not mention that and he did not enquired about that but as per the company policy if they dont serve notice period they recover one month salary. later if they deduct the recovery of notice period how he can leagally question them for this. please help on this
