How to link the ADHAR card number with new ESIC IP. The employee already registered the adhar card in his previous employer issued the ESIC IP address without knowing this we also created the new IP address. However the employee not able to use the new parchan CARD issued by the ESIC department for his medical benefit. Saying not activated the adhar card. We tried to link his adhar ID with the new IP address which is not accepting, saying already registered the number. Please guide me how to rectify the same.

ESIC IP number remains unchanged, his old IP number is to be linked with new employer. now link his old IP to present establishment , and make exit of newly generated IP number in return.

Before covering an Employee under ESI & EPF, Please ensure that they were not covered earlier in their previous Employment.Please update your Recruitment papers accordingly and put proper systems in place to avoid recurrence of such things in future
