Can anyone suggest the welcome kit preparation for a IT company in all aspects/role like Programmers, TL, Business analyst etc., Pls. send me details in elaboration... it may in excel/powerpoint... can anyone guide me

Dear all,

Greetings from Yogita.

I am new to this group and need to share lot of ideas amongst.

Induction in our company has following steps.

One day before joining of an employee I take care of all arrangements like Work stations, Telephone Instrument, Mobile Handset, Laptop arrangement, Visiting cards. The day employee is joined he/she is first done with signing her appointment letters, and settled in the place with all requirements of stationery. After having a cup of coffee we take candidate to all departments to introduce him/ her. And the new joinee is started with the work.

I am now planning to add more things to this like making a powerpoint presentation and take all new joinees to the board room and introduce them to the company, branches, divisions, organogram, benefits & handover company policy with a welcome kit (i.e. A wallet, a pen & a visiting card holder with company logo embossed) .

I need comment or suggestion or cristicisms if any to put it in right way.

Can anyone help me with the Company Policy document.
