Pls tell me if I am eligible for bonus n how much bonus I will get if my monthly basic is 15000, hra 10000, supplimentary allowance 10000, conveyance allowance 2000. I am working with a mnc company from last 15 years
You would get minimum bonus of Rs.15000/- i.e. 8.3333% subject to you have received full salary (without loss of pay) during the financial year. (April to March) Regards, Suresh
No, for the purpose of calculation of Bonus salary will be reckoned as 7000 or MW whichever is higher,not on Rs 15000.
Employee will be Eligible for the Bonus under The payment of Bonus Act, 1965 if His Basic/D4/VDA is less than rs21,000/-PM
Bonus will be calculated on the Minimum Wages applicable for the respective Employee (Based on Designation/Category)applicable to the Establishment or on Rs7,000/- whichever is Higher.Bonus is paid on Financial Year as per the Balance Sheet(April to March)For Financial Year 2016-17.Due Date for Payment of Bonus on or before 30-11-2017. An Employee who has received Salary for Minimum of 30 days in the respective Financial Year is eligible for receiving Bonus including Ex-Employees
Minimum Bonus @8.33% on Gross Earnings
Maximum Bonus @20% on Gross Earnings
% of Bonus payable is on the basis of Generation of A&B Register

My question is that are other factors than DA n basic taken into account for eligibility of bonus as my gross salary is more than 30k but basic ia less than 21000 with no DA??
Since you basic salary is less then 21K No DA/VDA Hence as per section 2(13) of payment of bonus act. 1965 you are eligible for bonus.
No other Components shall be taken into
Account in terms of eligibility or ineligibility for
