How about EDLI Administrative charge of 0.01% (A/c. No.22)? Is it also done away with? See the following paragraph which I copied from another hr site.
Ministry of Labour and Employment decided to reduce PF administrative charges payable by employers. As per gazette notification issued on 15th March, 2017 new rate of contribution towards PF administrative charges will 0.65% of total EPF wages of an employee. It is also decided not to collect Administrative charges towards EDLI contributions.
“the Central Government hereby determines that no sum shall be payable for the time being by the employer in relation to his employees as the further sum payable by the employer every month to the Deposit-Linked Insurance Fund for the meeting the expenses in connection with the administration of the Employees Deposit-Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976 other than the expenses towards the cost of any benefits provided by or under that scheme.”

Please read sub sec 4a of Sec 6c. It clearly says - The employer shall pay into the Insurance Fund such further sums of money, not exceeding one-fourth of the contribution which he is required to make under sub-section 2, as the Central Government may, from time to time, determine to meet all the expenses in connection with the administration of the Insurance Scheme other than the expenses towards the cost of any benefits provided by or under that Scheme.

A/c No 22 EDIL Admin 0.01% now NIL clarified from Tambaram EPFO

As per the latest notification the new admin charges are 0.65 % and there is no need to pay EDLI admin charges of 0.01 %. For more details visit New PF Administrative Charges 2017 Reduced To 0.65% From 0.85%

Dear Eilayakumar,
The Minimum EDLI charges of Rs. 500/- is not for individual rather the whole employees' contribution if less than Rs.500/- mean then the company had to pay Rs. 500/- whether the establishment is functioning or non-functioning. I hope now you got clarification.

Hi,
Please help how to calculate the employer pf contribution.
Gross Salary is Rs.19000/-
* Family pension deduction is restricted to Rs.15000/-
Employer contribution is 13.16%
In this case, my doubts are following:
1. 19000*13.16% = 2500
2. 15000*13.16% = 1974
3. Or any other calculation.
