ours is a small IT company of 13 employees right now, and manpower might be added in the next 3 months.
i wanted to know if we are eligible for Esic scheme and PF .
please let me know at the earliest.

The limit for ESIC Enrollment is 10 employees. As already you exceeded 10 employees you should enroll.
For EPF registration you need 20 employees and now as you haven't reached 20 employees you may wait. If still you need to enroll for EPF certainly you can enroll as Voluntary registraion
