Dear Himanshi,
First of all you have to identified which acts are applicable to your organisation. You have not mentioned whether your unit is covered under Factory Act as well. Also clarify whether you have deployed any contractual labour at your unit, if so, what is the maximum No. deployed on daily basis. In general your query seems to be covered under Shops and Establishment Act. As per my opinion the following need to be comply:-
EPF Act
ESI Act
Minimum Wages Act
Payment of Wages Act
Bonus Act
Gratuity Act
Employee’s Compensation Act
Maternity Benefit Act
Contract Labour Act, (if deploy contractual labour)
In order to make compliance udner various Act, pls go throug the Act and summarize the compliances. If you have any specific query related to specific Act, pls share, so that learned member can provide their views and suggestions on the matter.
