I working in Vadodara, Gujarat. in a KPO & BPO industry in Pvt. Ltd. firm, from last 1yr & 3 months, when I joined HR team told me that I am entitled with 7 Sick Leave 7 casual leave & once I am going to complete my 1 yr on 18th Jan 2017. Then I can get the benefit of 21 PLs. Due my son's illnes I have to take couple of leaves from last 2 months inspite of submitting the Medical records of my son my company is not willing to adjust my leaves which I am entitled for 21 Pls or Sick & Casual leaves.
Any one who can suggest or help me please, what should I do in such case.
