Rent Receipt Without Revenue Stamp

Hi
working with software division in Bengaluru Karnataka, we have corporate office at Gurgaon all salary will be taken care from Gurgaon only.
My question is our employees are submitting incomextax documents alongwith supportings.
In this i have one doubt like while submitting Rent Receipt none of the employees have attached Revenue Stamp of Receipt is that OK please confirm with your valuable comments

Under income tax you are not the investigation officer, your responsibility stops when you take form 12bb along with supporting. You are not warranted to look into the integrity of the documents. Just prima facie it must look genuine.
