Noc and discharge certificateI joined new govt bank without submitting noc of previous employer bank at the time of interview and also not submitted discharge certificate of leaving the previous job at the time of joining .now after 2 years when i get confirmed and a permanent employee of the bank.now the new bank come to know the fact that i had not disclosed my previous job .as per advertisment of the bank it was complusory to disclose the facts in absence of it i can be terminated .is their any way to avoid termination ? as till today i donot have noc and discharge certificate.
