Working on national and festival holidays - whether pf and bonus will be calculated on these payments?
Dear friends i need clarity on the payment of wages to employees coming on national and festival holidays. we have 7 security guards and 3 utility operators coming on national and festival holidays and in each shift. how should i make payment to them? twice or thrice? as overtime or additional present day? how this will reflect in payslips? whether pf and bonus will be calculated on these payments? regards rajesh hansrajani

No gratuity or bonus since 5 years not completed
Worked for the pharma industry for a reputed firm from jan 94 to june 00 and denied from gratuity & bonus at the time of leaving job confirmation recd in dec 95 company says since i didn t complete 5yrs of services hence denied from the payments. i want all dues from the company how shall i get n what procedure have to follow . last year visited office campus personally hr assured their support but no response from their end .
