Hello Guys, Just need a help.... I need the parameters for White collared Employees.

What do you mean by white-collared employees ? All those above blue-collared employees ? right ? What parameters are you talking about in what situation ? While sending out requests, first think what you want to communicate and mention your expectations. However, I can guess that you are referring to performance appraisal. Whatever may be the colour of the collar, for performance management system, first and foremost criteria, your organisation must have a system in place, in which the objectives for each and employee is set well in advance by the Top Management. The objectives are generally based on organisation's Mission statement and revenue & manpower budgets supported by capital budget. The annual targets for the next year is clearly split and cascaded down to the last employee standing. Subsequently, the performance of each employee is monitored, reviewed and assessed at the end of the financial year. This is the Performance Appraisal System in brief.
