Dear All,
I want to know that in case a person joins a company and sign an Employment agreement defining terms and condition of his employment. Later if he violates the agreement, will he be held responsible and bound to comply with the agreement?
to make an agreement legally valid will be necessary to get it printed and signed on stamp paper or will be fine if it is on legal paper or company letter head?
Also what stamp duty or registration process shall be done in this regard
please this is urgent

There are many things to be understood
1) The Agreement must be valid as per Indian Contract Act
2) Now stamp paper and notary is not always that important. They are errors that can be rectified at the time of suit itself.
