Hi all,
1st of all am wishing u all a Great year ahead...I am working in Research and Development based organisation as a HR Assistant. Now we are planning to extend our business by introducing HR consultancy based services.. We are looking for clients and when we call them.., they used to reply us that they will call us back once if there is any manpower requirements in their company and they are not at all turning to us. Because now there is so many consultancies..!!! How can we look for clients to expand our HR consultancy business. If you ppl can help me, Kindly reply me back..!!!

We have signed a new venture to run a creche inside a factory set. We are supposed to pay esi and pf as per the factories act ...since the creche is inside the factory setup. But...as we are not into man power we dont have esi and pf code. And we dont want to go for that..because our staffing will go upto a maximum of 8. Now we have 1 staff in tge setup.
Now we need someone to pay for esi and pf on behalf of us dor which we ate ready to repay the same with the service charge. Is it possible? ? Please guide us with some service providers to do this process.

• Health & Safety: Workers Compensation, Works with local leaders to ensure we are providing a healthy and safe work environment.
