I have completed 5 years in one of the company and in first 4 th year I have completed 240 days but in 5 th year I have taken the LWP for full year due to my personal problem. I want to ask one thing that I am eligible for gratuity or not. Please help me for solving this problem.
LWP is calculated as 240 days in 5 th year or not???

No, you are not eligible for gratuity because you have to complete at least 240 working days during the calendar year; Globalflick Innovation Pvt Ltd

If in 05th year if your annual contribution for LIC Fund paid to LIC or any other approved agency then you are eligible for gratuity if your LWP is approved by your company.
