Hello all, here facing issue in doing KYC with Adhar card only, its throwing error "aadhar authentication failed, unexpected error occurred"
kindly let me know how to do adhar card kyc for my uan so that i can transfer my old uan pf to new uan no. as of now, my pf amount is credited to current UAN but , at epfo department , no record found for my pf a/c which is linked with current UAN, though current UAN can be seen on pf portal along with pf code.
senior pls throw some suggestion on this topic in order to merge both old and current UAN and pf transfer.

if UAN data and aadhaar data both are same, i.e name, and DOB is is correct, then it will get seeded after 2-3 attempts
yes data is same but , now adhar verification is facing some issue, can u tell me why epfo dept has no record for my current pf no.??

seems that either doj / dob and some other data is missing from your UAN
it happened with most of members, and can be updated with a letter to EPFO stating the missing details, correct data to be entered, duly attested by the employer.
