Hi all, I have some doubts plz clarify anyone.
I have 1.2 year experience in MNC and now I got rating but it is below expectation (worst),manager didn't call for discussion also.
Will they put PIP or they directly terminate me, I have signed two year bond?
If they terminate will they give relieving letter?
I had clash with my manager for some reason.

It's hard to respond to your questions, without referring to your company's HR manuals. It would be good for you to read through what's the process of PIP and termination and quote that along with your question.
