I would like to know about the policy that if an employee who is serving the notice and also he is ready for the buy out, but his/her manager purposely wants to stop his relieving and asking for extension of his employment , But employee doesn't want to continue with the same organisation so initially he requested his manager , but manager doesn't allowed him to leave the organisation so,the employee decides to put medical and show that he is not well so that he can get an early relieve. But now manager is asking to share the reports and after taking proper rest again rejoin complete your left 15 days notice and then again leave .
So i want to know that in this case what can be done for the smooth relieving.
