How to deduct leave days in salary amount
Dear seniors in my company they are following leave deduction based on below mentioned rule. rule : if leave taken by the employee before or after the week off / holiday it has been considered as 2 days leave cut in salary. ex: if leave taken on saturday it will consider as saturday sunday for salary deduction if leave taken on monday it will consider as sunday monday for salary deduction. kindly let me know the proper & applicable leave deductions. waiting for your suggestions asap.
Action against employee who is taking excessive leaves but informing manager everyday
Dear all seniors greetings for the day i am working in bpo in thane as hr manager. i would like to know if any employee is taking excessive leaves her pls are exhausted and no paid leaves in account but informing her manager everyday that her father is not well so she will inform when she will resume to work what action should be taken on her? in this month she has taken 18 days leaves. in our company policies action to be taken for uninformed leaves is mentioned but what if employee is informing and taking excessive leaves which harms business and productivity of team. kindly guide.

Dear all i have a query about pl & cl deduction. please tell me that is there any particular leave rule that which leave should consider first? is there something like if the person is on continuous leave of say 5days then we shuld consider it as pl but not 2 as casual & rest from 3 as pl? in my company we have 2 types of leave 1. pl & 2.leave bank cl . we can avail only 2 leave bank in a month & it lapses at the end of the yr. please suggest me. regards pratima

Hello friends in our company whr i ve joined 6 mnths bck there r strange deduction systems in practise. if i ask any 1 d reason even d vp i am always told dis is d rule bt nvr d logic is gvn 2 me since dere actually is no logic behind. d little bit of education dat i ve tells me dere shldnt b any pf deduction from leave encshment which happens 2 b annual benifit.bt here we hav pf deduction 4m leave encashment. can some 1 plz xplain d logic 2 me :
Eligibility for gratuity
In my present company leave is not allowed during first 6 months . in case of leave salary will be deducted and lesser amount of pf will be deducted . if somebody is absent from duty during this period due to family emergency oral approval of leave no written sanction and subsequently there is deduction of salary and lesser deduction for pf during 5 th and 6 th month will he become eligible for gratuity on completing 5 year of service or becomes eligible only after 5 yr 6 months ? does salary deduction or lesser pf deduction mean discontinuity of service ? worked at least 240 days in every year ; no disciplinary action after leave without pay regards
