Help starting a training center
Dear friends we are a small 100 member it company serving in opensource technology. right now as a policy we dont recruit freshers because of proper training system. right now i need some clarification on; 1. how to create a technical training center? we tried using aptech corporate training facility but there faculty itself is not that competent in technology his is training i want to know the process followed by other companies 2. i want some samples on induction training. as we have our own induction program conducted by our hr team we still find some gaps since the induction program is more of theory or presentation session i want to know ways to make a effective induction program where people feel this as there company. awaiting for more help from you guys regards anand
Termination issue
Dear seniors i was joined june 5th one pvt ltd software company as sr.hr.executive due to this job i was relocated chennai to trichy after i joined one week the send chennai head office for induction program end of the week the give a termination without any warning and notice. i argue with them and ask the reason they told your performance was not and you not meet & ask the induction program for induction any department head. they terminated immediately that day itself without notice period my question is 1. what is induction? what purpose induction given to new joiners 2. the induction program new joiners ask from the employer or employer wants to give to new joiners. 3. as a new joiner can terminate within a month without any warning and notice 4. how i can claim my losses. 5. its possible to apply labor court kindly help me seniors. regards bala

Employee involvment in designing induction programme
Hi all i have recently joined a multinational company as part of the hr team. though its a huge organization its new to the region and so everyone is new in the organization including me. i am trying to design an induction program which will help all the employees in different ways. i was thinking to interview each employee20 to understand their requirements when they join the organization. instead of just pushing some information which i think is necessary for them i want to make a sensible induction process which will help any new joiner to contribute to the team. i require your suggestions on the same and also if anyone has done some thing similar in the past and if can share your feedback and experience. thanks
